What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best is having a single, standardized structure for all projects — Charter, Phases, RAID, Change Requests and Lessons Learned in one place. It gives real visibility across projects, makes reporting on KPIs like OTD much easier, and the dashboards, custom fields and Azure DevOps integration are clear improvements over what we had before. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The main downside is the two-level folder hierarchy limit, which forces workarounds when organizing projects inside program folders. Permissions are also restrictive — regular users can't create their own Spaces, so everything depends on an admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp is solving the lack of a centralized place to manage projects. Before, information was scattered across PowerPoints, SharePoint and Excel, which made it hard to track schedules, risks and KPIs across projects. Now we have a standard structure and dashboards that give real visibility over project status, OTD and other indicators, saving time in reporting and improving consistency across teams.
