What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love ClickUp because it consolidates multiple tools into one platform. I use it for task management, documentation, and even time tracking—all accessible from a single workspace. It keeps everything I need in one place, from feature requests and bugs to specs and meeting notes. The custom fields are a standout feature for me. They allow me to model my development workflow accurately, so I can filter and track work the way developers think, instead of conforming to a generic to-do app format. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I have issues with speed and lag in ClickUp, especially when working with larger workspaces or complex views. Loading tasks can take 3-5 seconds, and dashboards sometimes lag when multiple team members are active. The setup is also time-consuming and not beginner friendly.
