**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

What I like best about ClickTime is its incredibly clean and intuitive UI/UX. Navigating through timesheets and tracking project hours is completely seamless, and the overall system performance is fast with zero lag. It makes daily logging effortless.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

There isn't much to dislike about ClickTime. If I had to pick something, the initial onboarding and setup phase took a little bit of time for our team to fully configure, but customer support was very helpful in getting us through it.

**What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickTime solves our issue of scattered, inaccurate time tracking across projects. By giving us a centralized system to log hours, it ensures accurate project costing and client billing. This has drastically improved our overall ROI and helps us keep our project budgets strictly on track.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

I like the ease of use of ClickTime. It's really straightforward and saves me time, especially when we get a new client or a new matter. We can register the cloud, matter, and billable rates in less than ten minutes. Everything just works, and I feel like I can keep track of my matters, people, and billing with no hassles. I also found the initial setup to be very easy. I've been using it for so many years and I’d recommend it to anyone.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

I hate the phone app.

I use ClickTime to track billable hours for clients with ease. It saves me from problems by keeping all details organized in one place and provides helpful reports directly from the platform.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

ClickTime makes time tracking really straightforward. The interface is clean, the timesheet layout is easy to understand, and logging hours against different projects or tasks takes just a few clicks. The best part is how quickly you can update or correct entries without jumping through unnecessary steps.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

I like the cost center and function features in ClickTime since they're the easiest way to track the projects I'm working on and the tasks I'm doing. It's also pretty easy for me to request time off because I can clearly see the different types of time off available, like paid time off, personal time, and sick time, and when I need to use them. This helps me to differentiate easily. Setting up ClickTime was very easy for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

I would like there to be an easier way to track my time off balance and the accrual of my time off. The way it is right now, it makes it very difficult to see what my time off will be in the future. It would be helpful if there was a way to configure the cost center and functions feature so that I could easily enter multiple functions for the same cost center without having to add so many rows.

I use ClickTime to easily track my time across different projects and tasks. The cost center and function features make it simple to manage and track project funding using grants.

ClickTime is a straightforward and direct to use application, and it helps in easy view and editing 
The navigation of ClickTime is simple and no heavy training that one requires

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

I love how easy ClickTime is to use. Though I don't currently use the stopwatch feature anymore due to being in a management role, I did at one point, and I loved it because it provides a more accurate measurement of time spent on a project. I also like the reporting features, which are useful when a client asks about project costs, allowing me to provide an accurate bid using the collected data. The initial setup was easy too; I just went to the Preference Tab, then went through all the options for an easy setup. Overall, I really like this product and haven't found much that needs improvement.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

I would say there is nothing that you currently have that needs improving but I think it would be beneficial and a good way to grow if ClickTime develop the ability to bill from this program instead of sending it to another program for billing, if you can make this more of a one stop shop, that would be awesome. That and maybe expand to payroll, obviously these will be additional cost but people like me like one place to go to for all their needs and not have to go to 3 or 4 different product/programs.

**What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickTime to track employee time on projects, estimate future costs, and track vacation/sick time. It helps identify competency issues by comparing hours spent by employees and provides accurate project cost estimates through detailed reporting.

I hope they start giving a better GUI in the future. I found it somehow slow while in the start

I love that ClickTime keeps an accurate log of what I do and provides a running total of how much time has been spent on each project. It's simple to use. Although I don't manage it, I can see from my experience that setting it up and editing to my liking would be straightforward. I primarily use the time entries section and the annual leave function. I haven't experienced anything that could be improved, which is quite positive!

I use ClickTime for recording hours worked on different projects and booking annual leave. It keeps an accurate log of my activities and provides a running total of time spent on each project.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

I like that I can look at ClickTime and see where I was and what I was doing on a particular day of the week. I can use ClickTime to pinpoint where and when I was utilizing my time during the work week.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

I had a particular experience where I entered the wrong information and it took a little while to figure out how to delete that particular line of information. Once I figured out the format it was easy but initially, I was stumped. Maybe if a user were able to enter notes in the same space as they're entering times, it would make things easier because the user wouldn't have to click on an entirely separate tab in order to enter notes.

**What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickTime to track my time and work tasks. It helps me know if I'm spending too much or little time on tasks and pinpoint where and when I used my time during the workweek.
