**What do you like best about ClickSend?**

It's very easy to use, cost effective and useful for our SMS Marketing

**What do you dislike about ClickSend?**

Nothing I can think of, but more robust features would be useful

**What problems is ClickSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ClickSend for our automated SMS, and occasional SMS promotion blasts.

Lacks many of the bells and whistles of a more sophisticated program

Allows us to send sms and mms texts to users.

**What do you like best about ClickSend?**

The API (Zapier, Make.com) is excellent and it's easy to automate updating your lists. This elimiantes manual updates. Easy to register the number (as is now requreired). Customer support is the absolute best!

**What do you dislike about ClickSend?**

It is missing basic features. If you get a reply, there's no flag in the Messenger to let you know there's a new text reply. The interface is odd sometimes, not sure why there's a difference between Quick SMS and a Campaign. The Camapign is actually more restrictive and it doesnt allow you to select multiple lists, like the Quick SMS option does. It's odd. There's a delay in sending a message as they reivewed somehow. Other services just send out your message.

**What problems is ClickSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick communications with members, getting their rapid responses to issues.

**What do you like best about ClickSend?**

What I like the most about ClickSend is that it's very easy to use. It just take few seconds to singup and start using it. And it also has lots of features. And their customer support is also great with that live chat.

**What do you dislike about ClickSend?**

What I like the least about ClickSend is their pricing. I used their service to send SMS, but it's too expensive compared to the local providers I know.

**What problems is ClickSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used ClickSend to send SMS. For both promotional and transactions SMS

**What do you like best about ClickSend?**

We use ClickSend for SMS (text) marketing, and it was easy to set up and get running quickly. Cost-effective and meets the needs of our client. I like that it's easy to upload contacts.

**What do you dislike about ClickSend?**

I need to be able to select *mutiple* contact lists for an SMS campaign.

ClickSend is a simple solution to our client's SMS marketing needs.

**What do you like best about ClickSend?**

Clicksend is a swiss army knife of marketing.  I've used it to send text campaigns, one-off text messages, postcards, and letters all priced great.  The print quality is great and mail times fast.  It can also do text-to-speech calls, fax, and emails.  I love that I can plug it into my CRM (ActiveCampaign) and trigger different actions based on different triggers.

**What do you dislike about ClickSend?**

Not much to dislike.  It does what it is supposed to do, it was easy to set up, and their online, email and call customer center is incredibly patient and helpful.  THeir email newsletters are very entertaining and I even look forward to them!

**What problems is ClickSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to trigger automated text messages as part of my new client onboarding and lead nurture campaigns.  I also like triggering the mail options (BW/Color letters and postcards), which was also used for my lead nurture, onborading and client journey campaigns.

**What do you like best about ClickSend?**

The service offered great rates, was user-friendly, and had a straightforward authentication process. As my team required a mass contacting service, I was able to send my first message before lunchtime.

**What do you dislike about ClickSend?**

I wish there wasn't a character limit for messages. It's frustrating to send multiple messages or edit my content to fit the limit. It would be great if the platform could allow extended notifications, especially for essential communications requiring more detailed explanations.

**What problems is ClickSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Click Send, we can send hundreds of customized text messages all at once, and I appreciate the exciting automation features it offers. The ability to schedule messages and receive replies directly to my phone is also a great plus. However, I do wish that there were no character limit for letters as it can be a bit restrictive at times, especially when trying to convey critical information

**What do you like best about ClickSend?**

ClickSend's easy-to-use tools help us develop and execute marketing campaigns better, and we can customize several funnels to meet the needs of all potential clients. It's great how easy it is to set up contact lists, and it helps with its ability to integrate with our CRM system. I also find the procedures for designing advertising campaigns very simple, as there are many ready-made templates that can be easily customized to meet our content. The reports also tell us how many people the campaigns actually reached, so we can figure out how well they worked and where they could be better.

**What do you dislike about ClickSend?**

I did not face many difficulties, as the support team helped us with the procedures for linking with other applications that we use to deal with workflow and customer management, which enabled us to manage all marketing campaign activities from one platform.

**What problems is ClickSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickSend has helped us organize and improve our capabilities in preparing and implementing advertising campaigns, and I greatly appreciate how ClickSend enabled us to create a mechanism for categorizing potential customers so that we can provide them with relevant information with ease.
