What do you like best about ClickSend?

It has many features that we like the most while using it in our organization since last couple of months, it eliminate the use of traditional fax machine for us and sending all the fax on our desired email address and this feature is really amazing. Easy to use, cost effective and integration with other email tools are additional advantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

It does work perfectly for us, but their poor customer support make us think about other alternatives, sometimes we face very delayed fax to email response, lack of regular updates also make it weak in performance and we face crashing issues and it is really creating bad impression. If you want to get rid of traditional fax machines, and want to get all of your fax in your email, then you should definitely get ClickSend Fax Gateway as it has average pricing plans, easy to use, and really good at overall performance, strongly recommended.
