What do you like best about ClickHelp?

What we like best about ClickHelp is the combination of a powerful documentation platform and excellent support. We have already migrated approximately 70% of our existing documentation, and the platform has worked very well for us. We particularly appreciate the structured authoring, publishing capabilities, customization options, and the responsiveness of the ClickHelp team. ClickHelp is not the cheapest solution, especially when advanced security features are required, but we believe it provides good value for the price. The combination of documentation features, cloud collaboration, customization, security options, and excellent support makes the investment worthwhile for us. What do you dislike about ClickHelp?

Some of the more advanced configuration options require time to learn, and the administration interface can feel complex at first. However, we have not encountered any major issues, and overall the platform works very well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickHelp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickHelp is helping us modernize the way we create and manage user documentation. It provides a centralized cloud platform where our team can collaborate on content, manage changes and publishing, and deliver documentation to our users in a consistent way.
