What do you like best about Click2Magic?

The best thing is its functionality. We have tried few other live chats at our company, but I and my team are very satisfied with Click2Magic. My team can chat with multiple customers without any problem. Canned responses are aligned perfectly, and customers can get 24/7 support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click2Magic?

There is nothing to mention about this live chat software.It doesn’t have any Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Click2Magic:

If you can’t afford to take a chance or you don’t want your customers to get delayed answers then Click2Magic is the best.Click2Magic is a great tool, me and my co-employees are able to engage with the customers and their queries without leading them to call. The tool is perfectly designed and it can be embedded into any site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Click2Magic solving and how is that benefiting you?

The first thing my staff is able to handle multiple customers, and no one is calling us back, all the queries are being answered in the chat without any delay, as earlier we used to receive many calls in a day from our customers questioning us about my staff availability.
