What do you like best about Click?

I like ClickUp’s flexibility and the ability to keep tasks, project structures, statuses, documentation, and responsibilities in one place. I use it mainly to organize technical and automation projects, where a single project may involve PLC programming, HMI development, testing, documentation, and coordination between several people or systems.

Custom statuses, task hierarchies, dependencies, and automation features make it possible to adapt ClickUp to a specific workflow instead of forcing the team to follow a fixed structure. I also appreciate its API and integration capabilities, which make ClickUp a good foundation for more advanced automated workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click?

The large number of features can make the interface feel overwhelming at first. Understanding the relationship between Workspaces, Spaces, Folders, Lists, and Tasks takes some time, especially when designing a structure for complex projects.

The API is powerful, but configuring and troubleshooting integrations could be easier. When an operation fails, the error message does not always clearly indicate whether the problem is related to permissions, authentication, the request structure, or the selected ClickUp object. What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp helps me maintain one central view of technical projects and their current status. Instead of keeping information in separate notes, emails, and files, I can divide a project into clearly defined tasks, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and record important decisions.

This is particularly useful when different parts of a project are developed in parallel. ClickUp provides a shared source of information and makes dependencies and completed work visible.
