"Streamlines Marketing-Sales Integration in Dynamics 365"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Click?

I appreciate Click’s tight native integration with Dynamics 365 because it keeps all our marketing work within our existing CRM environment, eliminating the need to juggle separate platforms for campaign building and contact management. The ability to directly tie lead-scoring adjustments to existing Dynamics contact records is a huge plus, as it allows email clicks and form submissions to auto-update lead scores instantly and makes sales hand-offs smoother. The tool also syncs all engagement data directly into Dynamics 365 contacts, removing data silos and ensuring our sales team acts on high-intent industrial prospects faster. Furthermore, Click's CRM-native architecture allows us to skip constant data sync headaches and focus more on campaign strategy instead of fixing broken data pipelines. What do you dislike about Click?

Click has some noticeable gaps for our industrial-tech marketing workflows. Building complex multi-branch nurture journeys can get clunky within the builder UI, especially when adding conditional logic for different prospect segments. A recent campaign targeting both plant managers and procurement contacts required quite a bit of repetitive manual configuration. Also, its out-of-the-box reporting lacks deeper custom visualization options. We frequently have to export campaign datasets out to external tools to build the granular performance reports our marketing leadership expects, adding extra manual work for our lean team. The journey builder’s conditional branching feels rigid when working with multiple industrial-buyer segments. When I built paths for plant managers versus procurement contacts, I had to duplicate several workflow nodes instead of re-using shared logic, which wasted time and created more room for human error. For reporting, custom dashboards lack flexible drag-and-drop filtering. I wish I could quickly slice campaign metrics by prospect job title directly inside Click.
