What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?

Clickmaint helps our maintenance department keep all of their resources in one location while easily managing their open requests without having to search through spreadsheets. This also allows for better historical tracking of break/fixes of all of our machines so we can plan around expected failures, and implement preventative maintenance plans before the issues occur. What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?

Some of the reporting functionality is barebones and requires some more refinement, this is something we have raised with their team and they are working on currently which has been a big help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Click Maint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clickmaint is supporting our maintenance department by tracking all of our parts, machines, hardware, etc. Related to their daily tasks, while also allowing us to utilize the web portal to input requests on the fly as needed by the departments in production. Once these are raised to our maintenance department, we can easily track times related to each machine, or device that is worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
