What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?

Their team is my favorite part of Click Maint. The support they provide is better than what I’ve experienced with many companies I’ve worked with over the last 10 years. Their software is not only easy to use, but also easy to train others on, and it comes at a very reasonable rate compared to many other CMMS systems on the market.

Their IT team opened their API for us so we could integrate our ERP system with theirs and better manage inventory. This is an area other companies tended to avoid, but Click Maint’s team welcomed the challenge with open arms and a real desire to succeed. The import tool also made it possible for me to meet a tight deadline: enrolling four of our companies in the new CMMS program before the old system was discontinued.

Being able to use their technology to modify the data going into their system saved me time and reduced duplicated reports, as well as the need for complex formula creation. Since launching, our team has had nothing but good things to say. It’s been reliable, and their team is constantly improving the product—adding new features and advancing their software on a regular basis.

We enjoy the way their PM system automates once a schedule is identified, but our favorite part would be creating procedures. We can turn a work order into an inspection if needed. Every comment is time stamped with your name and you can't modify this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?

“Dislike” would be too strong of a word. Everything I’ve wanted to see modified or added has been addressed—either implemented already or placed on the roadmap. For example, offline mode wasn’t available at the beginning of 2026, but their team has mapped out how to get us there. The hope is to have it by the end of the year. Every suggestion we’ve made has been taken seriously and never outright turned down; it’s either implemented or added to the timeline. It’s genuinely refreshing to work with a company that lets you have a voice and doesn’t take offense when you share suggestions or make requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Click Maint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously had a CMMS system that integrated with our ERP and allowed the ERP to remain the source of truth for parts inventory. A lot of CMMS systems today won’t accommodate that approach; they prefer you to use their platform as the source of truth instead.

Click Maint worked with us and opened their parts API so we could build the connection together. I can’t express enough what a relief it was to find a team that was actually willing to accept this request and follow through on it.

It also solves another major issue for us: we have nine companies, and they’ve been using different CMMS software. This is the first time in our company’s history that all of our work order data will be available digitally on the same platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
