What do you like best about CleverYak?

The playback option is an incredible feature - being able to flag certain moments or add my comments during the interview for myself to recheck later is invaluable.

Also, having other team members review the interview is key in making sure we are making the right choices. This is also a useful feature for training purposes.

Another thing I like very much is that there is no download needed, so when sending links to candidates there isn't a long explanation needed.

Lastly, the team are really reactive when reporting something or if I have a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CleverYak?

Sometimes there are some minor glitches which result in patchy video or sound - but to be fair, most times it's likely down to the internet connection of the user or their equipment.

Another con is that there are actually a lot of features which I don't have time to properly explore/keep track of since new things are being added all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CleverYak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team being structured as it is, we often cannot dedicate/organise the necessary people to being on a call at exactly the same time.

CleverYak has freed up valuable time for some to join in the recruitment process when it suits best for their busy calendars.
