I love the desktop CIC Studio and how it makes mapping and rule setting easy. The application is clean and laid out well. Not only that, but Cleo gives you a stage and production environment plus a repository that keeps track of project versions, allowing you to revert back to an older version if you need to.

I also love the support team that Cleo has. If I'm stuck or need some guidance, I can submit a ticket and someone with expertise will get back to me with some suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish Cleo had more off-the-shelf integrations. Right now it feels extremely limited, and setting up an integration can still be a pain—for example, with Amazon FBM. There’s no existing integration, and it can be quite expensive to have Cleo build the integration for you. On top of that, some integrations require a yearly subscription fee just to connect through certain API marketplaces, even for the ones that are supposed to be easier to integrate with, like Shopify. It makes it extremely hard to do if you don't have many customers that want to integrate with the marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
