I've been selling antique rings and jewelery on ebay since 2010 and I've managed to score a 9.6 customer satisfaction on ebay. With my business growing up, I've decided to open a US incorporation back in 2012 and I have used a local accountant to do that for me.

5 months ago, Delaware state has sent me a letter that says I have a tax penalty due to *unfinished post incorporation process* & income taxes.

I was shocked but my accountant was not aware of a post incorporation process and 83/B form. I quickly searched about it and found couple opf websites. I wrote them all but Clemta was the only one which wrote back at me without an automated bot message.

I reached them out via their support mail and they helped me to get my 83b form submitted and finish my post incorporation process.

I only pay for my actual need. That was pretty good. Pricing was simple, effective and no extra fees.
