What do you like best about Clearstream?

What we love most about Clearstream is how simple it makes communicating with our church. It has become one of our most valuable tools for keeping people informed, engaged, and connected. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and easy for both our staff and our congregation to use.

The biggest advantage is the ability to send timely, personalized text messages that people actually read. Features like keyword sign-ups, automated workflows, scheduling, segmentation, and two-way conversations allow us to communicate effectively without adding complexity. The customer support has also been outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

What do you dislike about Clearstream?

What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clearstream has solved one of our biggest communication challenges: reaching people quickly, effectively, and personally. Email open rates continue to decline, but text messaging allows us to connect with our congregation in a way that is timely and actually gets seen.

The platform has streamlined our communication across multiple ministries, reduced the amount of time our staff spends managing outreach, and made it easy to target the right audience with the right message. We've seen better event attendance, improved volunteer communication, and more meaningful engagement because people receive the information they need when they need it.
