What do you like best about Clearstory?

I use Clearstory to track T&M work of my trade partners, and I find the ability to add pictures incredibly valuable. It helps me verify the completion of work without having to go into the field myself. No more lost paper tickets is a huge benefit. Clearstory gives me, as a project manager, immediate visibility without waiting for my superintendent to bring the tickets back. I also appreciate the email feature that sends signature reminders to my supers. Another feature I like is the ability to filter the log as I need, which works well for me. What problems is Clearstory solving and how is that benefiting you?
