"ClearSQL an excelent Form and PLSQL code analiser"

What do you like best about ClearSQL?

We are looking for a tool to help us to improve code quality. There are few PLSQL code analyzers available. What I liked best is the rules to analyze and code metrics. But there are a lot of great resources like CRUD, flowcharts, call trees. I'm realy impressed with flowcharts. The way it displays de flow, we can check each step of the flow if we point the mouse over the step. The rules are easy to understand and aplply, We can add our own code rules and apply ClearSQL and our own coding standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearSQL?

What I disliked was the way to import files to the project. I think we could have some filters to easily add files to the project, if we have a folder with a lot of files it take some time to select the desired items and check them to include to the project. Recommendations to others considering ClearSQL:

It's a great tool to improve code quality, check code complexity and understand the flow. It's realy easy tool to use, you can import to project files from local system or from database. You can do the code adjustements and write them back to the source. You can analyze Oracle Forms and libraries as well. I liked it very much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are improving code quality, avoiding issues, and improve coding standards.
