What do you dislike about ClearSale?

Not much to dislike...wasn't hard to implement...sometimes the service is down, but they are very quick to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClearSale solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fraud is a big issue in our business. Sometimes, when an order has some "flags" that could indicate potential fraud, we have to err on the side of caution and cancel, even though it was possibly legitimate. Money loss there. Also, the time it takes for us to do our due diligence keeps us away from other tasks. Time saver there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
