We are able to approve/reject purchases and adjust reimbursement amounts requested. This enables us to see what items are being purchased and ensure teachers follow the guidelines set by FDOE Regulations for the Teacher Supply Fund.

The fact that we don't have to keep receipts. ClassWallet tracks all the receipts for us. Plus, we are able to go back and look at prior year purchases if need be.

The support I receive from Joshua and Julius. They have been amazing to work with this year. I have worked with Julius for the last two years and he has gone above and beyond helping me to stay straight. This year we added Joshua and he has been equally supportive through this whole process. There is no way to stop the process of linking an account in ClassWallet right before the deadline.

Example: It takes 3 - 5 days to link an account. If the deadline to submit for reimbursement is Jan 31. The teachers can start the process of linking their account on Jan 31, but it will not be linked until after the deadline. This means they think since they started the process. They will be able to submit for a reimbursement prior to the deadline. Which is not true, because the ability to submit the reimbursements will deactivate on Jan 31st.

There should be a way to prevent them from starting this process at least five days before all account is deactivated on Jan 31. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
