What do you like best about Classet?

The amount of time it gives back to our recruiting team. We support hiring across multiple brands and locations, so finding ways to scale our recruiting efforts without sacrificing the candidate experience is incredibly important.

Classet has helped us take a lot of the repetitive initial screening work off our recruiters' plates while still gathering the information we need to make informed decisions about who should move forward. It also has moved the candidates through much faster than we can manually calling and trying to reach candidates and reduces being no showed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Classet?

Nothing significant at this point. As with any new technology, there is some initial work involved in getting the screening questions and workflows aligned with your recruiting process, but that's to be expected. What problems is Classet solving and how is that benefiting you?

When you're recruiting across multiple businesses and markets, one of the biggest challenges is managing candidate volume while keeping the process moving quickly.

Classet helps us screen candidates consistently, identify whether they meet our initial qualifications, and prioritize where our recruiters should spend their time.

The biggest impact has been recruiter capacity. We're able to support more hiring activity without needing to scale our recruiting headcount at the same rate. It also allows our team to spend less time on repetitive administrative work and more time on the parts of recruiting where human interaction really matters.
