How easy it is to use. The platform is very customizable and makes the recruiting/screening process smooth. Saves me a ton of time! Being able to post my jobs, see only qualified candidates and have a pre-screening completed before my input and review is need makes the process super simple and saves me hours every week. No longer need to look at every single resume and play phone tag with candidates that may not even be qualified. Classet simplifies that process for me from beginning to end. There is not much to dislike. It's constantly being developed and improved. It does take some time for the initial setup but once that is completed, the process is great.
