The processes to use Clarus on a daily basis is simple and easy to use. Compared to previous WMS systems I have used Clarus has a feel that fits with the current market and has some great features and have seen some really beneficial developments on what it offers over the last 12 months. The reporting within Clarus is exceptional, the level of data available is amazing. The only downside to reporting is the process of customising reports is not as simple as other WMS systems offer and you are not able to share customised reports with fellow colleagues. We're currently rebuilding our reporting function and the ease of use across our entire system is a focus point of Q1 (look out for the update in January!).
