I like how naturally ClarityLoop fits into everyday work, capturing useful context as it happens, which means I don't have to remember everything later when preparing for 1:1s or reviews. The automatic summaries and timely prompts are what I like the most, as they help capture important feedback, progress, and achievements while the context is still fresh, making preparation much easier. The initial setup was straightforward and didn't take much time. Connecting our existing tools was simple and allowed us to start using it without much onboarding or configuration. Overall it works well for me. I would like to see more customisation around summaries and prompts so I can better control what gets highlighted and how often I receive nudges. It would be useful to choose what types of updates are included in summaries and control how often prompts appear.
