The most helpful things about Clarity Loop are the trends that give a much more complete picture on a team member's performance and feedbacks received than just a check in that is a point in time. Seeing graphs, trends, patterns, and AI-assisted insights is super helpful to see where to spend time and how to support the team. Also, I love how well it documents the things that we already do (provide feedback, share shoutouts, 1-1 meetings, reviews, etc.) as well as suggesting new best practices as we iterate on the people program. Lastly, the support is incredibly white glove, I feel very heard when providing feedback to the product team, and so far have always gotten a solution for what I was looking for. Pricing is very competitive as well, but I would pay more for this product as it is competitive with some of the more established tools on the market, and comes with the extra support. Because it is a newer product, I have come across a couple of ways it behaved that was not as expected or was not as built out. As mentioned before though, the support has been excellent and so far (knock on wood) they have always found a fix or a workaround, or simply built the feature that satisfied our need. I do wish it integrated with Asana the other direction (it can pull data from Asana, but does not yet push tasks like completing reviews to it, this would help our team as well).
