I like the flexibility of Claris FileMaker. I also appreciate how it's possible to integrate with nearly everything if you take the time to learn it. The Insert from URL script step is particularly useful as it allows the use of APIs from many vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find some of the design tools in Claris FileMaker weak. Using some of the modern web assets results in a better interface. There are third-party workarounds that provide this today and promises from Claris that these features will be in future releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
