"Clari Platform Review from a RevOps Perspective"
5/5
What do you like best about Clari?

From an operations standpoint, Clari adds structure and consistency to forecasting in a way that’s hard to achieve with native Salesforce alone. The inspection tools, activity tracking, and snapshot history provide a clearer view of deal progression and rep behavior over time, which helps diagnose gaps and reinforce adherence to the sales process. When everything is running smoothly, it cuts down on manual effort and creates a single place to align forecasts across sales, RevOps, and leadership.

Clari also integrates well into the broader sales tech stack, particularly through its tight connection to Salesforce and its alignment with tools like Salesloft. That makes it easier to tie together pipeline health, seller activity, and forecast outcomes in one view, which is essential for managing performance and making informed decisions. What do you dislike about Clari?

Clari can sometimes introduce complexity when it comes to aligning with Salesforce processes and controls. In scenarios where behavior differs between the two systems, it can create challenges in maintaining a fully consistent source of truth. This often requires additional monitoring and operational effort to ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems.

There are also areas where increased flexibility and administrative control would be helpful. Certain configurations or edge cases, such as forecast calculations or currency handling, are not always easily adjustable on our end. When those situations come up, it can lead to a heavier reliance on support and longer turnaround times than we would ideally like.

From a user perspective, reliability and performance are especially important given how central Clari is to forecasting and pipeline reviews.

When there are occasional disruptions or latency issues, it can impact user confidence and engagement, particularly during critical reporting periods.

Clari also benefits from consistent reinforcement to drive adoption across teams. While it provides strong capabilities, realizing the full value depends on ongoing enablement and alignment on how the platform is used. Without that consistency, there can be some variability in how teams engage with it, which adds overhead for RevOps to maintain alignment.

Overall, the opportunity areas tend to center around improving flexibility, strengthening alignment with Salesforce controls, and continuing to enhance reliability. Addressing these would make it easier to fully realize the value Clari is designed to provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
