What do you like best about ClaimCore?

The efficiency tools allow my team to file claims faster and more accurately than before. The system efficiently manages benefit calculations when programmed with rule-based processing is set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClaimCore?

The program can be hard to work with at times. But it is only a learning curve. If there is a problem with a calculation for a benefit, it is usually only a mistake in the inputs, which can take time to go through to find the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ClaimCore:

If you are transferring systems, make sure you have correctly moved information into the right places. The tutorials help, and there is plenty of online support if issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
