What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Claap, our team struggled with meeting fatigue, fragmented notes across Google Meet and Zoom, and slow feedback turnarounds. Claap resolved this by unifying AI meeting intelligence with asynchronous video collaboration in an intuitive, clean UI/UX that took zero learning curve during onboarding.

The AI intelligence automatically transcribes our calls and extracts concise summaries with action items, while the video recording tools let us send quick, timestamped walkthroughs instead of booking follow-up calls. Its native integrations with Slack, Notion, and Google Drive fit directly into our daily stack, ensuring documentation updates automatically without manual copy-pasting. The platform's playback performance and video rendering are reliable and fast across browsers. Overall, Claap delivers high ROI by cutting out 4 to 5 hours of unnecessary meetings per team member every week, making our software and review cycles significantly faster.
