"Clean Transcripts and Summaries That Capture Every User Feedback Call"

What do you like best about Claap?

We're a small AI startup named Vedlabs (building inboxfm.me), and we use Claap for user feedback calls. The recordings come with clean transcripts and basic summaries, which help us stop losing details, and it's quite good as it captures the whole conversations, so that helps us a lot. What do you dislike about Claap?

The lifetime cap of 10 videos and 300 minutes on the free plan is very tight for an early-stage startup. You hit limits faster than you expect. Also, most of the advanced AI features are locked behind the paid tier, so you can't properly test them out before deciding to upgrade. They should have something like the ChatGPT model on usage so the difference between the free plan and pro will just be the limits. Although it's a damn good product for us, love it. What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small team, we can't talk to users and take notes of all the notes or just write what we remember from the meeting, so for us, Claap handles the recording and basic transcription/summarization, allowing us to stay fully focused on the customer conversations instead of scrambling to write everything down.
