What do you like best about Claap?

The AI summaries are genuinely the best part—I’ve stopped rewatching entire recordings because Claap pulls out what actually matters. The UI is clean and intuitive, and I was able to pick it up quickly without any long onboarding. The integrations with tools we already use made it feel like it fit into our workflow from day one, instead of being something we had to reorganize everything around. Performance has been solid, too: recordings are reliable, and processing is fast. For the amount of time it saves us each week, the pricing is easy to justify. What do you dislike about Claap?

The video library becomes a bit difficult to navigate once recordings start piling up, so better folder organization would really help. The AI summaries also occasionally miss some technical context, but it’s a minor issue and easy to correct manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were drowning in status calls and manual note-taking. Claap has replaced most of that with async recordings and AI-generated action items that genuinely match what was discussed.
