The transcript are valuably correct, the insights are efficiently done, language recognition is great, meetings sharing is easy, and the calendar link is practical (Google Calendar for me). I'm using Claap to record and transcript technical meetings, and it works fine. My customers also like it. Previously, I had to take notes manually, summarize them and send them to my customers. Now, it's fully automated, and it takes less time. The transcription for a 1 hr of a dense meeting usually takes less than 10 mn. The UI is clear, simple, but some tutorials are no longer correct, they seem to be related on obsolete features. The basic plan is very limited, but nice for a test. Pro is limited in recording duration, so with an average of 5 hrs recordings a day, it's not sufficient. You should carefully examine the different plans to choose the most adapted to your needs.
