What I like most about Claap is that I can quickly record something instead of trying to explain it over a long Slack message or jumping on a call. It’s especially useful when I need to show someone exactly what I’m seeing or how something works. One thing I dislike is that some of the more advanced features, like ClaapAgent, are only available with a Business license. I’d prefer to have access to those features on a lower-tier plan, especially for smaller teams that could benefit from the automation without needing the full Business package.
