The upside now we have a full team in place is the streamlining of comms with potential partners by our AM Maddie. Comparative with working with another network we get much more communication from our AM and they are closer to the needs of our specific business.
With regards to CJ AM I find the interface relatively intuitive to use as someone who has navigated other platforms. I like the ease at which I can view performance of specific publishers within a sub network comparative to other networks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With regard to the tool, one downside is that when you view OIMs in the system there’s no estimated associated cost shown against them. As a result, we have to get the estimated cost verified via our AM, which understandably can take quite a lot of time. Other networks don’t have this issue.
With regard to CJ overall, we still have some outstanding issues from when the account management team was understaffed. Issues that were previously concluded, involving unpaid OIMs, have now re-emerged even after we explicitly stated that we were not prepared to pay for them.
I also feel there is still from certain members of the team, a reluctance to let go of partners where we struggle to see incrementality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
