What do you like best about CJ Affiliate Marketing Solution?

What I like best about CJ is that the partnership is about people as much as it is about the platform. We have real, collaborative support across Channel Growth, Platform Partnerships and CJ's international teams. From the start, CJ's leaders I met were curious about what we were building and invested in shared success.

The technology backs that up. Being on CJ's Universal Tag meant advertisers could turn on our solution without new tagging or development work, so testing moved faster and performance built up over time. Through CJ's Connected Commerce platform, we've driven more than $130M in revenue and over 471K transactions.

CJU also sets CJ apart. Most industry events are a sea of booths and badge scans. CJU is more intentional. CJ curates the content, sets a clear bar of "strategic value, not a pitch," and brings together the right people in a setting where actual relationships form. At CJU 2026 in Santa Barbara, I spoke on the Connections Lab stage, and our collaboration with CJ received a High Commendation for Most Innovative Collaboration. What do you dislike about CJ Affiliate Marketing Solution?

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike. If anything, here's an area where we're still growing together: bigger brands plan far ahead and involve many stakeholders, so getting new solutions into those planning cycles takes time and coordination. CJ and our team are working closely on that, building relationships across more people on both sides so we can show up at the right moment with the right story. What problems is CJ Affiliate Marketing Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a technology partner, our biggest challenge is making it easy for great brands to work with us. CJ helps with that in several ways.

CJ's Universal Tag removes the technical barriers that usually slow adoption. Advertisers can turn on our solution without new development work, so they get to results sooner and with much less effort.

CJ's tracking and Connected Commerce reporting give brands a source of truth they already trust. When results are clear and credible, the conversation moves from "does this work?" to "how do we grow it?" Through CJ we've reached more than 87 million shoppers, and more than half of them opened what we sent.

Most of all, CJ understands that great partnerships are built on relationships, not just technology. The team is thoughtful, responsive and invested in our success.
