What do you like best about CJ Affiliate Marketing Solution?

What I like best about CJ Affiliate Marketing Solution is the multiple ways that I can pull data through reporting - I can filter by publisher, PID, cost, revenue, I can look at different time periods and compare performance. The data loads pretty quickly to provide me with timely answers when I need them in a meeting or before a deadline. Having different ways to filter has saved me multiple hours each week and prevents me from wasting time internally searching my own databases to find the same information I can find in CJ. What do you dislike about CJ Affiliate Marketing Solution?

I think the CJ Affiliate Marketing Solutions user experience and interface could more updated. For example, it could have more a modern and aesthetically-pleasing design, it could be easier and more obvious to find certain information. When I first learned how to use the platform, it was hard for me to figure out where to find reporting by publisher, by PID, etc and it wasn't obvious. I would also like a smoother user experience because that would probably increase the amount of time I spend in the platform and make it a more enjoyable experience for me. CJ Affiliate Marketing Solution makes it easy to see how much we are paying to publishers in commissions and how much in revenue we are receiving from their efforts. It has saved us many hours in trying to figure out who is putting forth their best work for Wayfair, how effective it is, and how we compensate these publishers.
