I've used CiviHosting with a range of clients using CiviCRM for 10 years. Highly reliable - it does what it is supposed to do: just work and stay out of the way. The service has been gradually enhanced so some things that needed a support ticket are now available with the Control Panel. It provides all the flexibility I need.
