What do you like best about CivicPlus NextRequest?

Consolidates our sometimes massive quantities of records so that we can easily share the responsive records with future requesters. We're better able to keep track of what has already been shared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CivicPlus NextRequest?

Just like with all technologies, there are limitations. The one I've found is that my folder structure with up to 9 subfolders results in the system being unable to upload because the document names are too long - even compression of folders didn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CivicPlus NextRequest solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our tracking of previous records requests was poorly organized. I felt like we were repeating ourselves too often. Countless wasted hours finding the same records over and over because the records requests were slightly different. We were unable to piggy back on the previous requests. Now, we can point the requester to all previous records releases and ask them to only request the additional documents instead of having to release the same records again.
