Cision is a very easy to use tool for any level of public relations. It is highly navigable with extensive contact information and analytics. It's much easier to use and more efficient than other softwares I have tried. It also has a highly functional reporting feature that is customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I periodically do find outdated contacts but less than the other software I was using. I don't totally understand all the analytics and wish there was an easy to use resource (kind of like a 'dummy's guide') to understanding them and explaining them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
