My favorite parts of Cision are pretty specific to my organization, but I'll try to be as ubiquitous as possible. Their method for filtering out news hits that are not actually about the desired keyword is the best I've seen in the products I've trialed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike their export capabilities. I don't like the templates they have or that I can't create an htlm export - it can only be in a PDF or CSV. I want to be able to put it in an email because the PDFs that I send through using the platform are always caught in spam filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
