4.5/5

What do you like best about Cisco Secure Access?

Smooth connection to our office server from my office laptop while I’m outside the office premises. It’s great and comfortable to use, and the app-based authentication makes it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Secure Access?

“The main thing I would dislike is the complexity of the overall ecosystem. Cisco Secure Connectivity offers strong security and broad capabilities, but integrating and managing multiple components can sometimes require specialized knowledge. The initial setup, troubleshooting, and policy management could be more intuitive, especially for teams that want a simpler cloud-native experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cisco Secure Access solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cisco Secure Access helps address the challenge of providing secure access to applications, systems, and resources for users working from different locations and networks. It gives us a more centralized way to enforce security policies and manage access without relying so heavily on traditional VPN-based connectivity.

For me, the main benefits are stronger security, simpler access management, reduced exposure of internal applications, and a better overall user experience for remote access. It also helps the organization apply consistent security controls across both cloud and on-premises environments, while making monitoring and troubleshooting more straightforward.
