What do you like best about Cisco Physical Security Solution?

What I like best about Cisco Physical Security Solution is that it makes the software easier to support and manage from an IT side. As an IT technician at my company, I help users with configurations, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting when something is not working correctly. Access to view each camera is easy. What do you dislike about Cisco Physical Security Solution?

What I dislike is that some configurations can feel a little confusing at first, especially for end users who are not very familiar with the system. Sometimes support takes extra time because users need help finding the correct settings or understanding the options.
