What do you like best about Cisco Duo?

What I like most about Cisco Duo is that it’s easy to use while still providing strong security. The setup process is straightforward, and the authentication experience is simple for our end users, which makes it easy to roll out and adopt across the company. What do you dislike about Cisco Duo?

We have very few complaints about Cisco Duo. It’s been easy to manage, well accepted by our users, and it has consistently met our security requirements. Because of that, there isn’t much we can point to as a meaningful drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cisco Duo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Duo has helped us address several important security and access management challenges. It delivers strong multi-factor authentication that protects user accounts against compromised passwords and phishing attempts, while still keeping the login experience straightforward for employees. Implementing Duo was also an important part of meeting our SOC 2 and HITRUST compliance objectives, enabling us to strengthen security controls and demonstrate a mature, organization-wide approach to identity and access management.
