It allowed me to create a paperless QMS to ISO 9001:2015. Document Management, Auditing, Calibration, Maintenance and HR Management, as well as other features are easy to use, and each module can be tailored to the company's needs. I was recently asked to provide a list of all calibration and maintenance activities done in the past 3 month. I am unable to provide this record.

Need to be able to create better reports. Training in this area would be beneficial. CIS has always supported me if asked. A better report for lessons learned would be great.
