What do you like best about CIS?
I can receive and make calls and control everything I need with my business phone line on my smartphone wherever I am. This is especially convenient for my busy schedule as it is flexible in terms of usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about CIS?
The frustration that I find unworkable is how passing on calls function at Sainsbury’s Plc. To transfer a call to a certain extension, one has to dial a series of complicated codes, which takes a lot of time and is intrusive to the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
