I think the biggest thing was how helpful the entire team was. They did a great job of making sure we understood the product, gave us recommendations for best practices, and were along the journey with our implementation the entire time. Beside that the pricing is fair for what we are getting with lots of options on what we can do and how it is going to show us an ROI. We loved the AI features as well, such as the AI voice options when creating the voiceovers for the tours, speaking directly to our overall goals.
