"And Excellent Community Platform for Nonprofits and Arts Organizations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

Circle has been an excellent platform for building and managing our nonprofit community. I appreciate now easy it is to organize content into Spaces, create events with an integrated calendar, host discussions, and keep members engaged in one place. As an administrator, I also like the flexibility to customize the community for different audiences. We're using Circle to support our arts education programs, events, fundraising, and member communication, and it has become a central hub for our organization. The platform continues to add valuable features like AI, making it even more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

My biggest challenge has been discovering some of the more advanced features. A few administrative workflows and settings aren't always intuitive, and I found myself relying on support articles or experimenting to understand how certain features worked. Better onboarding, clearer documentation for administrators, and more guided setup for tools like AI agents would make the experience even better. Overall, these are improvements rather than major issues, and they haven't prevented us from successfully building our community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
