The training they provide is outstanding — that’s number one for us. Their team takes the time to ensure we fully understand the system and how to use it effectively.

What do you dislike about Circle Commerce?

What problems is Circle Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we sell across multiple channels and operate multiple warehouses, managing everything in separate systems would be extremely complicated and inefficient. Circle Commerce brings all of our operations together into one centralized platform — including orders, inventory, and fulfillment.

This gives us clear visibility across all channels and locations in one place, reduces errors, and makes day-to-day operations much easier to manage. The system is user-friendly, reliable, and helps us stay organized with minimal issues, which ultimately improves our efficiency and scalability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
