**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

Easy to manage contact sync solution with a centralized dashboard and excellent customer service support.
It saves a lot of administration time by allowing you to choose the contacts folders you want to sync for specific user groups and setup automatic sync schedules at your preferred time. You can also review your active license seats and billing info in the dashboard.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

None so far. We are one of the first Cirasync customers, since we signed up with Cirasync, we only had 1 issue that was caused by O365 settings and the Cirasync support team helped us to resolve it in the next few days.

**Recommendations to others considering CiraSync:**

If you're having trouble managing your company's contacts sync to mobile devices, try Cirasync, they have a great team who can help to set you up and running fairly quickly. Once it sets, there will be less to none that you need to manage on regular basis.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Company's contacts management includes employees' and clients' contacts. Ease of use, single management dashboard, avoiding error by updating contacts info from a single source to multiple smartphones, automating contacts assignment for new hires and removing terminated users.

Reliability.  Customer service.  Always syncs what I need it to sync.

We have control over which mailbox uses it.

Manually removing mailboxes that dont need it.

Keep track of mailboxes (shares, resource, etc) that will not need a licnese.

That staff would have to share contacts with each other, now cira sync does that automatically.

**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

One of the things I love about this program is how easy it is to use. With just a few clicks, I can sync all of my contacts across my phone, tablet, and laptop. And the best part is that the program works seamlessly in the background, so I don't even have to think about it.

But what really sets this program apart is its accuracy. I've tried other contact synchronization tools in the past, but none of them were as reliable as CiraSync. Whether I'm adding a new contact or updating an existing one, I can trust that the changes will be reflected on all of my devices within seconds.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

I still believe that CiraSync is one of the best contact synchronization tools available. Its reliability and ease of use more than make up for any minor inconveniences.

I'm happy to say that the entire management team and key users are using CiraSync! This is a testament to the program's quality and effectiveness.

CiraSync stands out for its no-fuss approach. Managing contacts across different platforms can be a nightmare, but with CiraSync, everything's in sync, and communication has never been easier

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

The interface took a minute to get used to. A bit more user-friendliness wouldn't hurt, but once you're set, it's all smooth.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before CiraSync, our team would sometimes have mismatched contact details or outdated information. Now, with a centralized, synced contact list, everyone's on the same page, saving time and reducing mistakes.

**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

The ease in configuration.  Just select the address books or calendars you want to cross sync, or one way sync, and click ok.  You get daily summary emails so that you know everything is working, and immediate error emails if something has a problem.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

That I had to go to a third party to return needed features to Office 365.  Nothing against Cirasync, but having to give an outside company access to data just so that features used to exist is functional again is bothersome.

**Recommendations to others considering CiraSync:**

If you are looking for a turn-key system to synchronize O365 Calendars and Address Book, this would be one you need to take a deep look into.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full corporate address book sync with local mobile phone support.  Departmental calendars for ease in seeing plans without every user have to have full access to manager's calendar.

**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

Cirasync makes synchronizing/updating the global address list easy and efficient. Updating our Active Directory immediately updates all of our users' mobile devices and gets the information consistent across all devices.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

No dislikes at the moment. Everything works as expected. We initially thought the cost was a little high but the benefit of having an up to date address list outweighs the costs of the software.

**Recommendations to others considering CiraSync:**

Try out an account, you will be amazed at how easy it is to sync up contacts and users via Outlook and mobile devices.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our mobile users always have up to date information at their fingertips on our iPhones. Instead of looking a user up via the search function, the information populates within their contacts/address books like they expect.

Once it's setup, little to no maintenance to keep it up and running.

On rare occasion, I have to manually preform a update cache to get changes.  That is few and far between.

We sync a public folder of our company wide contacts to our employees and can custromize the contact cards different from Active Directory.

**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

Cora sync has an easy to use interface and allows us to have complete control of our contact syncing across all our corporate devices.  Updates to contacts including new starters and departures are automatically pushed to all our phone contacts. New starters are automatically pre-populated with key contact information.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

We didn't find any issues with the setup or configuration of the product. The only caveat you need to handle is duplicate contacts appearing on phones as users have added their own prior to implementation.

We had manual contact lists on our phone fleet that were being updated by end users.  New users would have to import a large number of contacts on start. There was no central
Management of our contact information.

**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

The functionality is a life saver. The ability to have new people join the company and instantly have everyone's contact details synced to their adress book is essential. Ease of onboarding for users has to be the top of the list too. Rollout was fairly seemless and adding new users as we grow is fast and simple

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

Only real downside thelook of the interface and lack of step by step integration instructions for 365. It's easy enough to figure out that this isn't a big deal

It allows people in our organization to have up to date contact info for their teams. When a new person starts this is crucial especially working at a client's office or travelling foe an event.

**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

CiraSync gives the ability to perform certain sync operations between Exchange, Active Directory and user Outlook clients and corporate mobile devices.  This tool provices certain capabilities that are lacking natively within Microsoft.  The initial proposition is enticing if it can work as advertised.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

As part of our current evaluation we are looking at an Enterprise implementation starting with a pilot.  During the initial discovery our admins working with the CiraSync engineers had a certain design in place that we believed was a standard Enterprise implementation.  The basis of how this tool works, is by impersonating the user profile to complete the sync operations required.  The initial understanding is that this would be possible without domain admin rights on the entire domain - we were led to believe that we should set up a service accounts with elevated rights, short of domain admin and we could restrict the service account to have these rights only on a specific OU.  However it appears that CiraSync was not quite accurate with this and it has been trial-and-error to get this tool functional to the point where they believe that the only way to do this is by giving their (3rd party) account full domain admin rights on our entire domain!  This does not pass our Cyber Security requirements.  We are still working with CiraSync as they believe they can offer another solution that would entail setting up an on-prem server, but we are not hopeful that this will take away the need for the service account for the tool requiring full global admin rights on our domain just to perform the impersonation function needed for this to work.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hope that CiraSync can alleviate an issue we currently face where our enterprise users are not using the GAL for user identity lookup and to make contact.  A previous administration had set up vcf cards that were sent to every user who would have to save this to their local Outlook client, which would then sync to their enterprise mobile device (iOS).  This is not an enterprise solution for user identity management however the the habit has been formed where enterprise messaging is happening using native iMessage.  Though Teams is the solution for this, the probability of changing this user behaviour is low; which is where this tool comes in to at least automate the user identity management on the localized contacts directory on all enterprise mobile devices.

We appreciate every opportunity to improve our service and support. I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced around access consent. Please note that CiraSync does not require admin access to customer tenants at any point in time. The issue was around token creation. When you want to connect a third-party application to your tenant, Microsoft asks you to consent and it creates a temporary access token. Per Microsoft's default settings, only a Global Admin can consent to third-party applications and this is why the service account requires the Global Admin role during the sign-in process only. The other issue was that the verbatim permissions listed in the initial consent window did not match the technical requirements to perform a sync (wording discrepancy). 

However, since we last spoke we have made some changes, and new sign-ups default to Graph API. Again, we thank you for your feedback as they are valid concerns and it has helped us make the necessary changes to improve our service. Moving to a platform that allowed us to continuously sync and update our staff's contact list was an absolute game changer for us.

We love the platform and will continue to use this and will recommend this to others.

The speed of syncing can sometimes be a determent, but overall the solution does work.

Havent used any of the other features but the contact syncing at this point.

Cirasync is allowing Kincrome to have a continuously syncing and updating contact list. This allows our staff to contact people who are in specific roles and positions efficiently and effectively due to the number being updated as staff move on/change roles.

**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

We have been using CiraSync for almost 4 years now and are absolutely thrilled. It is quick to set up and extremely easy to use. The licensing of the users happens automatically as soon as they are created in Microsoft 365. 

In the past, we distributed all contacts to the devices manually, which would no longer be sustainable with over 100 users. One click and the contacts are on the desired devices! Absolute recommendation

It syncs the GAL with Outlook contacts. Therefore making the GAL useful.

It's kind of pricey, but it gets the job done. I've never known another product that can do what it does.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have all our user contact data in Active Directory/GAL. We can centrally manage that data, but it's readily usable to end users. Syncing the GAL to our users' mailbox contact lists enables us to push those contacts and make them available on end user devices, including phones. So our users have the contact data they need and are able to know who's calling them and who to call.

The product is simple to implement and operates reliably. The numerous options allow for a solution even for special cases. The moderate cost of licenses makes it possible to consider a wide deployment within the company.

The reporting on the consumption of DSUs has been recently improved but could be more accessible. The product documentation should be more comprehensive and more accessible to partners and end users.

The best things about CiraSync are the ease of use, and scheduling of contact and calendar updates.  Set it and forget it for sure!  Very inexpensive too so that's a plus as well

There's really nothing I can say about CiraSync that I dislike.  Overall a great product for a great price!

**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

Setup was indeed easy and the interface is nice and easy to get used to. The UX is not super intuitive, but once you get the hang of it, it is responsive and settings are easy to find. Pays for itself in no time.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

Personally there's not much to dislike. We sync over 30,000 contacts to 100 end-users. It feels slow, but it makes sense considering the volume of data.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Cirasync to sync our employee database from SalesForce to each user's Outlook which then syncs to their smartphones. We also categorize clients depending on their industry and sync the relevant industries with their respective sales reps.  This is no longer a manual process.

The product works well, is easy to setup, and the pricing is excellent.  The service itself requires no real ongoing maintenance.  And, in the chance you need it, support has been responsive.

There have been no material downsides to the Cirasync service.

The team is very responsive! They listened to my original request and customized a solution that works for exactly what we needed!

No real downsides. It was just another account to setup, but a rather painless process.

We wanted to sync all the contacts from Procore to Exchange, so that anyone could enter a contact in Procore and it would automatically sync to everyone's phone.

Once it is all set up, you never have to touch it again other than turning on the license for a new user.  Very Simple setup.  Easy to add seats.  Great way to push all your active contacts out to your company devices.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

Not a thing.  It's the easiest solution without installing Outlook app on our devices.

**Recommendations to others considering CiraSync:**

It's either this or Outlook.  Our end users are used to simplicity.  Cira fit the bill for us!

We needed a way to keep all our phones and tablets up to date with employee data.  Struggling with GAL for years we found this solution.

While looking for a solution to sync our thousands of contacts with all our agents working on the road, Cirasync provided us with an easy way to update them from our public folder to their Contact folders,

the only downside, if I should mention one, is that it required the involvement of our external IT company, as we don't have direct access to our Microsoft 365 administration.

It does exactly what it says it does. We are only using the GAL=>Contact capability thus far.

CiraSync has helped us do things with our company contacts that we could never do before. The syncronization for iOS and Android is above all.  Their support is very quick and knowledgable.

One downside is sometimes I remove a user from AD and CiraSync will still hold onto that user and consume a license.

I like CiraSync because it can be used in different programs. CiraSync always helps me find what I need, access and update my contacts and calendars from any device, and also provides additional features such as shared contacts and contact analytics. I especially like that it always helps to improve communication between employees.

I do not see any disadvantages, I have been using it for a long time.

**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

CiraSync was very easy to set up and the customer service was amazing. Onboarding users on this platform was very easy to automate unlike other products I have used which require lots of setup time or tedious maintenance.
The trial period is 6 months long however, after 3 days it was very obvious that this is the best folder sync product out there for Office 365 Exchange.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

The service works well and I have not had any issues since we started 3 months ago. CiraSync has done an excellent job! I don't see how this product can get any better.

**Recommendations to others considering CiraSync:**

Sign up for a trial, you have nothing to lose.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to automate user onboarding has saved hours of precious time, which saves money and allows me to focus on more important tasks. CiraSync is also maintained in the cloud so there is no maintenance tasks we have worry about on our end.

**What do you like best about CiraSync?**

The slickest way I've found for syncing the Exchange GAL to all our user's contacts so they can be synced to iOS native contacts. It can also sync calendars and contact photos.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

Cirasync does what it advertises, the only failings are on Microsoft. Syncing to iOS native contacts is through Outlook mobile's sync feature which is sketchy. Sometimes contacts are duplicated or take a while to sync from Outlook. It would be nice if Cirasync provided their own app or service for doing this since Outlook leaves something to be desired. Ultimately the sync is done and fulfills the desire of users and stakeholders who always want things to work the way they're familiar with.

**Recommendations to others considering CiraSync:**

They offer monthly licensing in packs of 10 so it is possible to trial the software inexpensively. You don't have to purchase a license for all your users. They also offer a trial and a good onboarding process where an agent walks you through setup over a call.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing the Exchange GAL to all our user's contacts so they can be synced to iOS native contacts. Before Cirasync this just wasn't practical to achieve in our infrastructure.

There are a few things.  I like that this is web-based.  I also like that this works with Modern Authentication in Microsoft.  I can run different contact lists for different groups of people.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

I do not have any dislikes so far.  It is far superior to the software we used before coming to CiraSync.  We used Epicenter before, and if they had fixed the Modern Auth issue, we probably would have kept using them.  I am so glad we moved over to Cirasync.

Save yourself the trouble of looking at other systems.  Go with CiraSync.

We have made a move to give all employees company contacts.  With the growing amount of call and text spoofing, this has been a key tool for insight into legitimate text and calls.

We've been using CiraSync since it was in beta, and it has maintained functionality and ease of use throughout it's development cycle. Additionally, the speed at which syncs and pushes happen has vastly improved over the years.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

It's unfortunately not free. Also the groupings tend to take a moment to wrap your head around, but ultimately make sense once you get in the thick of it. Otherwise this product is flawless in it's operation, at least from where we stand.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a business need for contact's personal numbers to be available on cell phones tied to our 365 instances. There is no easy way to do this with vanilla 365, without extra action on the user's part, which wasn't ideal.

What I love the best about the software, besides how awesome the interface is, is that the support behind it is the best. We've used Cira for a few years now. One of the best decisions we've made.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. The logic is a little different at first to understand, but their support puts it in terms that anyone can understand. Maybe update some documentation, but there are so many scenarios that could happen.

**Recommendations to others considering CiraSync:**

This software is amazing. Does exactly what we need it to do.. make sure contacts are synced on those stupid iphones.

**What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a healthcare environment, or any environment, having the right contacts means a helping patients and customers when then need it. We had issues with not being able to find the right contact at the right time. Cira fixed that for us.

Cirasync is a very helpful company. It allows us as a non profit to have 20 free licenses! We can push out transportation contacts to their department, and general contacts to everyone. It is pretty granular on control.

**What do you dislike about CiraSync?**

I can't think of anything. The system does what it needs to do, it does it every time. The interface is clean and user-friendly. I'm sorry but I can't think of a single negative thing

We are able to choose contact lists and calendar events and direct them to different groups in the organization without sending it to everyone in the system all at once.

We have some special business logic, a special handling was hacked together using both Microsoft and Cirasync. If that can be handled natively by Cirasync, then it will be awesome.

Microsoft no longer allows Global Address List syncing. Without that feature, phone communication became cumbersome. Cirasync helps to overcome the issue and now we are able to sync Global Address List to our employees' mobile phones.

It's so simple to push contact details to employees phones and keep everything up to date. We used to use a shared adddress book and staff would accidentally add their personal contacts to it, or delete numbers. Not anymore! It's just an elegant solution to a common problem.

I'm so happy with the product that there's nothing I dislike. It's perfect.

It has saved our service desk a lot of time constantly updating and checking address books. Users are added to an Active Directory group and voila - address book pushed.
