What do you like best about CIPHR?

Really great way for storing HR contacts and client information, it was straight forward and simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CIPHR?

It was hard to get people to respond from the help desk perspective when you had technial queries etc on the database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CIPHR:

Again more help tutorials or options to help the user navigating the site, because employers do not always give training how to navigate the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CIPHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I could put in contacts that I made from networking events and also the log the communications between me and the client or potential client and manage the relationship accordingly through CIPHR it really was the one stop shop for candidate relationships and also loved the tracking effects of communications and what stage of the relationship you were in with the client.
