Budget planning is complex and imprecise. Cloud costs are imprecise and a black box. Unfortunately, financial management and controlling suffer as a result. Many managers are involved and have to plan the budget in stages. CIO Cockpit helps with the systematic recording, structuring and approval of budget planning. A service catalogue is quickly created. It helps managers to plan their budgets on time and more accurately. At the same time, every manager has the opportunity to monitor their budgets throughout the year.
